Incorrect sizing:
IMPORTANT: Please review the size chart before ordering. The measurements on the size chart are ACCURATE. Be sure to measure your favourite T-shirt or Hoodie to ensure that the size of a shirt you own, matches the shirt you buy from our website.

It is important that you take the step of ensuring you are ordering the correct size as we CANNOT accept returns for INCORRECT sizing.

Sizing:
Please review the sizing charts carefully!!!!!

The "Ladies' short sleeve t-shirt - Form-fitting" is exactly that, "FORM FITTING".

If you prefer a looser fit, order a size larger or order a different T-shirt model like the "RELAXED FIT" which is more generous in sizing.

We print the shirts as you request them. We do not stock printed T-shirts.

Defective products:
If your item is defective, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us immediately at:

Returns:
Do not send items to the return address on your package. That is our warehouse location and they do not process returns there.

We will work directly with you to solve your issue. We want you to be able to wear your clothing with ATTITUDE so we will work very hard to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have new order has been placed. You will be notified by email when the order ships.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
