19th cent. Chinese Celadon-ground Famille Rose meat/fish platter strainer
This platter and strainer are hand-painted and enamelled with long-tailed birds, butterflies, various insects, fruits and flowers including magnolia, peony, peaches, and pomegranate all reserved on a celadon ground.
CONDITION: Gold gilding is faded on circle of strainer. One hole in strainer appears to have a dark mark like burned. Maybe happened when fired?? No chips or cracks or crazing. Unmarked. Gift perfect for the collector.

Strainer: 13.5" long 7.5" wide 1/4" deep
